Pet Policy

A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed. Pet Rent is $20.00 per pet.

Comments: Dogs, cats, birds, and fish are the only pets accepted on the property. No puppies or kittens fewer than six (6) months old are allowed. No pets over fifty (50) pounds when fully grown. All pets must have a pet deposit of $250.00 plus pay a non-refundable $50.00 pet fee for one (1) pet and a pet deposit of $50.00 plus a $25.00 non-refundable pet fee for two (2) pets, which is to be paid before bringing an animal onto any portion of the premises. Apartments with a NEW CARPET may require additional deposits. Two (2) pets per apartment will be allowed with a proper deposit.
